Terms of use
The terms for using this website. Short, because the site does very little. The HotBot app has its own terms, at the HotBot terms of service.

This is a draft. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and it deliberately does not name a governing law — that is one of the questions the review exists to answer, and guessing at it would be worse than leaving it open. If something here matters to you, email luka.velimirovic@velkos.org and ask.
What these terms cover
These terms apply to this website, velkos.org. Using the site means you accept them.
They are not the terms for the HotBot app. That is a separate agreement, at velkos.org/hotbot/terms, and it is the one that governs accounts, generated replies and anything you type into the app.
The site is operated by PREDUZEĆE ZA PROIZVODNJU PROMET I USLUGE VELKOS DOO EXPORT-IMPORT KOSOVSKA MITROVICA, registered in Serbia. The full register entry is at the foot of this page.
What this site is
It is a company website. It describes who we are and what we are building, and it lets you leave an email address. That is the whole of it.
Nothing on it is an offer, a contract, or professional advice, and nothing on it is a promise about what HotBot will do or when it will arrive. Descriptions of work in progress are descriptions of work in progress.
The early-access list
Joining the list is free and creates no obligation on either side.
- It does not guarantee you a place in a testing round, or a place at any particular time.
- It is not a purchase, a pre-order, or a reservation. There is nothing to pay and nothing to refund.
- Give us an address you control. Do not sign up someone else.
- You can leave at any time by asking, and we will remove you.
What we do with the address is set out in the website privacy policy.
Using the site
The usual, and for the usual reasons:
- Do not attack the site, probe it, or try to break it.
- Do not submit other people’s personal data through it.
- Do not scrape it into another product or pass it off as your own.
Our content and name
The text, design, code and branding on this site — including the Velkos and HotBot names and marks — belong to us. You are welcome to read it, quote it with attribution, and link to it. You may not present it as your own or use our name and marks to suggest we endorse something we do not.
No warranty, and the limits of our liability
The site is provided as it is. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it is free of errors, always up, or up to date at any given moment.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including your rights as a consumer, which these terms do not take away.
Changes, and how to reach us
We may change these terms. When we do, the date at the top of the page changes with them, and the current version is always the one published here.
